Do you deliver outside of Canada?

Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of Canada.

What are the different shipping methods that I can select from?

We ship all our products by Canada Post, Purolator Courier or other independent couriers, depending on the size of the item and its destination. For deliveries in close proximity to a 2001 Audio Video location, one of our 2001 Audio Video delivery trucks may be used to personally deliver your product.

How much will it cost to get my item shipped to me?

We offer FREE shipping on most items over $35.00 (before taxes, fees, and promo codes). To see what qualifies for free shipping or to view your final shipping charges if applied. You must add items into your Shopping Cart, then enter your postal code for a calculation of the shipping charges.

The cost of shipping should not exceed 10% of the Sale Price of your purchase. We will contact you if this situation happens. Some clearance, door crashers or Sale Priced items may not qualify for Free Shipping. Also certain oversized or heavy items like large TV's,TV Stands, Mounts and Furniture may not qualify for Free Shipping. This is at the discretion of 2001 Audio Video online staff.

If you live in a remote or isolated rural area or the far Northern areas of Canada, the actual shipping costs on larger items like TV’s,TV stands or large Audio Packages may exceed those that are quoted at the time you placed your order. Once we verify your order, we will confirm the exact cost for shipping and notify you of the actual charges prior to shipping your order. If you aren't happy with the actual shipping quote, your order can be cancelled and refunded in full.

How long can I expect to wait for my shipment to arrive?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible when they are received. Processing your order internally usually takes 1-2 business days before it is ready to be shipped. Shipping times may be delayed during Black Friday and Boxing Day sale periods.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once we have processed and scheduled your items for pick up. We will send you an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to track your order with the appropriate carrier.

What if I have a question about a product I see on your website?

There are many ways to get in touch with a 2001 Audio Video sales associate who will be glad to answer any question you may have about a product. You can call any of our store locations, and a sales associate from that store would be happy to assist you. If you prefer not to pick up the phone, you can email and our trained web staff will provide you with the same great insight into any product.
