If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return it to any 2001 Audio Video Ontario location for an exchange or in-store credit. An exchange will only be accepted with all the original packaging, accessories and sales receipt. We will then exchange the product or issue an in-store credit, provided that in our reasonable opinion the merchandise is in the same condition as purchased, otherwise a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply.
Merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days from original date of purchase; except for camcorders, digital still cameras, portable DVD players, GPS and car audio products which can only be exchanged within 14 days (subject to inspection). After 14 days or 30 days in some cases, all our merchandise carries a full Canadian Manufacturers' warranty, honored by manufacturer and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
