The information given is necessary in order to process your purchases. 2001audiovideo.com assumes the information, given to the website, from a consumer is correct. The information including name, address, e-mail and payment related information must be true, accurate and complete. You are responsible for any expenses, damages or losses, we or any other party incurs, related to falsified information submitted to our website.

Along with our sites security, we back it up with PayPal’s highest-level security for processing your transactions. Our privacy policy towards your personal information will never allow us to sell, or rent your information. It will be used to process orders and our own mailing lists, if you desire them. Payment - Online Orders

Method of Payment:

2001 Audio Video accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debt Card. We use PayPal, as our first choice, for your online transaction services. This way provides you with a safer and more comfortable experience, when shopping online.

Processing Payment

Once you have placed your order, PayPal’s system will process your credit card immediately and automatically send you, via email, a conformation of payment. You will also get another email from our site acknowledging your order. When the order is ready to ship, it will include a hard copy invoice of your purchase.

Online Return and Exchange

At 2001 Audio Video our goal is to create “raving fans”. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return it to any 2001 Audio Video Ontario location for an exchange or in-store credit. An exchange will only be accepted with all the original packaging, accessories and sales receipt. We will then exchange the product or issue an in-store credit, provided that in our reasonable opinion the merchandise is in the same condition as purchased, otherwise a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply. Merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days from original date of purchase; except for camcorders, digital still cameras, portable DVD players, GPS and car audio products that can only be exchanged within 14 days (subject to inspection). After 14 days or 30 days in some cases, all our merchandise carries a full Canadian Manufacturers' warranty, honored by manufacturer and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery

Online Shipping Methods:

We use several ways to ship items to you, from our 2001 Audio Video’s warehouse. For your convenience, we use Purolator, Canada Post and Same Day Courier’s to ship our product depending on the size and weight of the items. For “Special Weight and Size” order’s, we will schedule a delivery using our 2001 Audio Video delivery trucks, to further service you in a safe and efficient way.

Online Shipping Costs:

The shipping costs are calculated when you go through the “check out” process. At this point, you will see, depending on weight, size and your postal code, the shipping cost for your order. In many cases, we have “Free Shipping” attached to our product. All panel’s under 46 inches, along with much more of our inventory, will be shipped to you for Free! If you do see shipping charges, then the items you want exceeds our offer’s maximum weight and/or carton dimensions. Some clearance and sale priced items may also not be eligible for free shipping.

Receiving your online order:

Once you place an order with us, we process it immediately! We usually take 1 to 2 business days to ship or deliver your product from our warehouse. Many times, it gets shipped out the same day! 2001 Audio Video ships across Canada. Our main Distribution Centre is located in Ontario. Depending on the shipping destination and processing time, the arrival of your order will vary.

Tracking your online order:

When we ship out your order, we send you an email with a “tracking number” in the comment section of the invoice. This will allow you to follow your product to its Destination. If you are not home to receive your merchandise, a notice will be left for you, with directions, to the courier’s nearest depot.

Out of Stock Order:

If you have purchased an item that is currently “out of stock”, we will email you with the estimated time of arrival. When the product comes into stock, an email will be sent to you, and the order will be shipped.

Cancelling an Order:

For any reason, if you would like to cancel an order, you must send an email to our customerservice@2001audiovideo.com. It is important to note that if we have already shipped the order, you cannot cancel the purchase. The shipping charges are non-refundable and cannot be used for an in-store credit. 2001 Audio Video Purchase Terms and Conditions: 2001audiovideo.com has the right to cancel or reject a purchase for any reason we see fit. 2001audiovideo.com can change a price, limit a quantity for purchase, or change a product shown, at our discretion. If we have inputted an incorrect sale price for a unit, we will give you the ability to purchase the unit at the correct price. When you fill out and submit an order form to purchase product, this is deemed an offer to purchase items from 2001audiovideo.com. The acceptance of your purchase will be complete when an email is sent to you confirming the product has been shipped. Only then will you have a binding contract with 2001audiovideo.com. At this point in the contract, the funds will be extracted from you for the total amount purchased.

Online Clearance Centre:

We have created an opportunity for you “Bargain Hunter’s”, to enjoy great deals, on “end of the line” audio and video products, at a fraction of their original sale price! Until now, these clearance items were reserved for in-store customers only but this has changed. You now are able to take advantage of these awesome deals, ONLINE! Every year we display our manufacturer’s new product line, in store locations, across Ontario. As the new product arrives, we send last years models to our Super Store Clearance Centre. The prices are drastically reduced to clear out inventory, and to give a great opportunity to a smart buyer. Whether it is an “ open box” or a “floor model” that you choose, the product has a full Canadian Manufacturer’s Warranty, starting from the day you buy it. The merchandise is tested and checked by are staff, to ensure the product is “like new”.
