2001 Audio Video's Lowest Price Guarantee makes sure you get the BEST PRICE on every item you purchase from us.
If you find the same product "advertised" at a lower price by an authorized Canadian retailer -- under the same terms and conditions -- within 30-days (Camcorders, Digital Cameras and Portable DVD players are within 14 days) of purchasing the product from 2001 Audio Video, we will gladly issue you a in-store credit for the difference.

Bring your original 2001 Audio Video sales receipt with proof in print (i.e. newspaper ad or flyer) that the product you purchased is currently being advertised at a lower price, in Canadian dollars, is in stock and available for immediate sale.

Our Price Guarantee does not apply to competitors' internet prices, mail-in-rebates, coupon offers, free or bonus value-added offers, close-outs, liquidations or bankruptcies.

Final clearance, limited or while-quantities-last, floor model or display stock clear-outs, door-crashers or limited time offers as well as special financing offers, advertising errors or misprints do not qualify.

We reserve the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of our Price Guarantee without notice.

This means that even after your purchase, if you see the same item advertised at a lower price within 30 days by another authorized dealer - under the same terms and conditions - bring in your receipt and receive a credit on your next purchase for the amount of the difference.

Our policy applies only to advertised prices in our Ontario selling districts only. It does not apply to other authorized dealers special offers or promotions, including rebates, free-with-purchase offers, time or quantity specials, special financing offers or web deals.

exchange & return policy

Merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days from original date of purchase. Camcorders, Digital Still Cameras and Portable DVD Players can only be exchanged within 14 days (subject to inspection).

A return or exchange will only be accepted with all original packaging, accessories and the original sales receipt. We will then exchange the product or issue an in-store credit, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition as when purchased, otherwise a MINIMUM 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

No exchanges or credit on defective merchandise after 30 days of purchase. All merchandise carries a full Manufacturers' warranty, honored by the manufacturer "ONLY" and must be accompanied by original sales invoice.

No refund or exchange on special order items or products purchased for commercial use.
