If you find the same product "advertised" at a lower price by an authorized Canadian retailer -- under the same terms and conditions -- within 30-days (Camcorders, Digital Cameras and Portable DVD players are within 14 days) of purchasing the product from 2001 Audio Video, we will gladly issue you a in-store credit for the difference. Bring your original 2001 Audio Video sales receipt with proof in print (i.e. newspaper ad or flyer) that the product you purchased is currently being advertised at a lower price, in Canadian dollars, is in stock and available for immediate sale. In-Store Exchange & Return Policy Merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days from original date of purchase. We will then exchange the product or issue an in-store credit, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition as when purchased, otherwise a MINIMUM 15% re-stocking fee will apply. All merchandise carries a full Manufacturers' warranty, honored by the manufacturer "ONLY" and must be accompanied by original sales invoice.
